How many chocolate bars are in my Kekao Box?

Each box comes with 4 to 5 specialty crafted chocolate bars, carefully tasted and selected for you to indulge in. 

How much does a subscription cost?

We currently offer the monthly Kekao Box for $39.99 per month. If you purchase a 3 month or 6 month Kekao Box you'll save each month. Each box contains 4 to 5 specialty crafted chocolate bars carefully selected by our curators.

What is a curator?

Our curators are chocoholics, who eat live and breathe chocolate; they taste all craft chocolate bars they come across to select only the best to be delivered to your doorstep each month.

How does subscription billing work?

The Kekao Box is automatically delivered monthly. You will be billed at the beginning of each month. There is no obligation - modify or cancel your subscription with us anytime.

When will I receive my subscription?

All subscription boxes are shipped on the first of each month. If the first is a holiday or weekend, your box will be shipped on the next business day. During warm weather months, subscriptions are sent on the first Monday of the month to ensure ice durability.

If you join our subscription after the first of a month, your subscription is shipped on the first Monday. i.e. if you join March 15th (Friday), your box will ship March 18th (Monday).

The cut off to join is the 23rd of each month. If you join after the 23rd, your box will be shipped on the first of the following month.

It typically takes 1-10 business days for your subscription to arrive.

How do you ship in the summer?

During warm weather months, we ship your chocolates in insulated shipping kits with cold packs to prevent melting of chocolates.  

It is best to be available on delivery days to bring your Kekao Box indoors as soon as possible, you can keep track of your box with the tracking information we provide via email after your initial purchase or recurring order.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription by logging into your account with the credentials made at checkout. Once you are logged in, you will be able to manage you subscription such as canceling it, skipping a month, changing the delivery address and more.

Is the Kekao Box vegan or keto?

Our box has a mixed variation of chocolates which may contain milk/dairy products. If you want to choose vegan or keto products, we recommend browsing our selection of individual chocolate bars
