Shipping Rules

Subscription Orders:

  • If you subscribe after the second week of any month, orders placed before 12 pm Eastern Time are fulfilled the same day, while those placed after 12 pm are fulfilled the following day. Enjoy free 2-day shipping on Subscription Boxes all year long. During Warm weather months our team ships from Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. 
  • The cut-off to join the current month's subscription is the 23rd. If you join between the 23rd and 31st, your order will ship on the next monthly shipping date. Please refer to our chart below for specific dates.
  • All subscription renewals and orders made after the monthly cut-off will be shipped in the second week of the following month. In cases where there is a holiday in the second week, the subscription may ship in the third week of the month. Please refer to the chart for current shipping schedule.

Individual Chocolate Bar Orders:

  • These orders take 1-3 business days to process. Including for overnight and two-day shipping options. 

Canadian Orders:

Orders including subscriptions in Canada typically arrive within 2-5 business days. During warm weather, we expedite shipping to 2-day shipping with heat protection service to ensure quality.

Summer and Warm Weather:

During the warmer months, we ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition by using ice packs and thermal protection. We also employ expedited shipping during these periods to minimize exposure to heat, keeping your chocolates cool from our door to yours. Orders will ship from Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. 

Shipping Carrier Delays:

  • Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
